TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION

Based on the DCM no. 491, dated 19.7.2017 “For the determination of the rules, technical conditions and maintenance norms for pressure installations, serving for the processing, transport, storage and marketing of oil, gas and their by-products”, provides in Chapter V “Control of compliance with technical conditions”, the role of approved bodies of conformity assessment accredited in the field of certification and technical inspection of technological lines in the hydrocarbons, which have specific knowledge of the operation of these technological lines, for the issuance of Technical Testimony, which demonstrates their compliance with applicable technical rules and regulations.

 SWISS APPROVAL ALBANIA Shpk as the Approved Conformity Assessment Body for the implementation of DCM no. 491, dated 19.7.2017 and the Order of the Minister no. 315 dated 24.08.2017, issues Technical Certificates for entities performing activities in the field of processing, transport and trading of oil, gas and their by-products.

Based on the Minister’s Order no. 315 dated 24.08.2017, entities requesting to be equipped with Technical Certification must in advance submit a request to SWISS APPROVAL ALBANIA as well as to complete the required documentation, on the basis of the above mentioned order, as follows:
